Customer information is stored in compliance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 101/2000 Coll. subsequent to amendments and regulations. Any information obtained by Sky paragliders a.s. from customers is used solely for internal company use and does not share the data with third parties. Without the express consent of clients, Sky Paragliders a.s. handles the personal information exclusively to the extent permitted by law on the protection of personal data, especially in § 5, paragraph 2, point. b) and § 5 paragraph 6.
