ERIS 2 is the second generation of the high performance SKY PARAGLIDERS wings. And as it became quite common in with the SKY PARAGLIDERS wings, we care not only the usual speed, glide and sink features; we always emphasize the safety margin and handling.
ERIS 2 is high performance wing but still allows decent safety margin and enable the pilot to enjoy the peaceful mind and flight.
The main distinctive features are:
- stability
- glide, speed and higher speed with speed system with lower sink
- weight – right now one of the lightest wings in the market
- very agile when thermalling
The main changes compared to the first generation of the glider:
- higher performance profile
- new layout
- new design of stabilizers
- higher speed with lower sink rate
- more efficiency when using the speed system
- new line scheme
- new design for leading edge
- trailing edge with velcro opening for easy cleaning of the canopy
