What brings TWIN 2 evo?

It is an upgrade of our very popular tandem-pilot harness TWIN 2. Designed according to the pilot’s feedback – from pilots to pilots!

• The back pocket is deeper now, so you can pack all that is needed easily.

• The shoulder strap is extended 5 cm to ensure bigger pilots can fly comfortably.

• Do you need to change the foam protector or simply pull it out? We switched from a buckle solution in the middle to a faster and simpler velcro fixation of the foam protector.

• The straps in leg segments are shifted forward to the pelvic joint area for greater comfort on long flights.    

TWIN 2 evo is a harness for tandem pilots, who need or want to keep their gear light without sacrificing durability. Based on our proven and safe 4S (Sky Safety Strap System) concept, the new TWIN 2 evo now also features a shallow seat-board in addition to its leg straps, to improve glider control. In-flight comfort has also been well enhanced by the new shaping of the padded backrest.

TWIN 2 evo is equipped with a back-mounted rescue system that is easy to deploy, yet safe and out of harms way when sitting in the harness or working with passengers during pre-flight and launch. The V-line routing now runs down the shoulder straps connecting the reserve and spreaders. A 15 cm foam back protector caters for safety without adding unnecessary bulk and weight.

The new buckle system features two Double Lock Edelrid clasps, so take-off preparation is quick, easy and most importantly safe.

At 2,9 kg in L size the versatile TWIN 2 evo is quite light.

TWIN 2 evo is supplied in two sizes and fits pilots between 160 and 195 cm.

TWIN 2 evo  is not delivered with the reserve riser as the riser is supplied with Sky Lite Bi

Because of the separate leg segments, the height of suspension points and chest strap range points varies with the pilot.

The TWIN 2 evo features many improvements, as well as some entirely new elements. The integration of a slightly banana-shaped shallow seat-board does not disturb during launch, but significantly improves glider control and thermalling while the well-known leg straps still enable the pilot to conform to varying passenger bodies. For even less bulk the seat-board can also be removed.
